Tejas Strength Club (TSC) was established to encourage individuals interested in pursuing powerlifting either for competition or for developing general fitness. The sport of powerlifting consists of three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. The overall purpose of this sport is to test maximal strength for the body as a whole. The Club has a beautiful facility located at Sandoval Strength systems where they hold regular training sessions. Each year, the Club hosts the Powerlifting competition as well.
